Most electronic music, especially big names, are pieces designed to be used in third rate movie productions or are a bunch of sound effects slapped together to fill out a album.
I listening to the Album “Qua” by Cluster, a well-regarded electronic ensemble. The “tunes” are mostly just a random collection of sound effects slapped together or FX. Some could be used as background music for cheesy movies. On Discogs it’s got a 4.2/5 rating, which is in my opinion a joke album. No wonder it seemingly was their last album.
